I had been looking for inspiration for Funny Cat Friday here lately and I think this one fits the bill! What do you think?

Have you tried this with your own cats? I’ve done similar a couple of times with ours and the results were definitely funny!
Cats obviously have an impressive sense of smell so they know when we’re faking! Plus, their hearing and eyesight can detect even the tiniest sign of life! They’re pretty darn smart!
But that curiosity is entirely too strong for them not to at least check! 😀 It would mess up dinner time, ya know! Now THAT is a tragic situation!

I’ve done this before, but Amber ignores me and Oatmeal just keeps pounding her head into my face for rubs. 😂😂
Yes!! That was when I really laughed too. Guess he figured he was safe at a distance rolling by on a Roomba! 😂
LOL! Amber and Oatmeal (love those names, by the way!) are adorable. “Oh Mom, stop being such a drama queen!” 😹 Can you almost see Amber roll her eyes like a very spoiled teenager? haha

I notion the fluffy gray Felis domesticus was once doing CPR at first, however at the end, just went in conformity with sleep.
It does look like kitty is doing CPR on momma for a second, I agree 🙂 But it quickly became a wonderful time for a nap!
